About the Event
The Christian Roberts Foundation “Sneaker Ball” Gala is designed to raise $100k in educational funds to support young men and women who are victims of gun violence or who have lost a loved one through gun violence. When a young person loses a loved one or caregiver through gun violence, they often lose financial support and it becomes difficult to continue their higher education. Oftentimes, the “victim” will either not pursue a higher education or they drop out of college because they cannot afford to continue their education and therefore potentially lose out on making a meaningful impact on society. So put on your formal attire and wear any type of sneakers you'd like and come out and enjoy an evening of dinner, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, music, dancing, silent auction, door prizes, red carpet, and more to support this worthy cause! All proceeds will go toward the Christian Roberts Foundation Scholarship Fund.
